About Us

The Society is established by Thong Kheng Charitable Institution to pursue the following objects:

To help all people and relieve the poor, the disadvantaged, the needy and the distressed, without discrimination as to race, language or religion, through the engagement in charitable and social enterprises. These include the provision of institutional care, community-based care, free and subsidized medical treatment and medicine, free coffins and free burial services, befriending services, rehabilitation services, financial and other types of assistance, as well as the provision of all other charitable services and assistance, and the promotion of education.

To foster friendship and cohesion in the community.

To achieve the above objects, the Society may do all things necessary to achieve them subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.
